Steven Buttgereit

Steven is responsible for the design, development, and security of SRS systems. In this role, he oversees all of SRS’ proprietary technology, including SRS’ internal deal management system and the SRS portal, where clients can access information 24/7.

Steven has over 15 years of experience as an enterprise systems architect and information technology manager. He has held senior management positions with Virgin Entertainment Group, Party America, and Design Within Reach. As a member of the professional services team of Tomax Corporation, Steven provided consulting and project management Services to clients including 24 Hour Fitness, Gateway Computers, and Kelly-Moore Paint Company.

Daniel Urbano

Director, Financial Products

Dan is responsible for the design and development of the SRS technology and financial products that maximize shareholder value after the sale of a venture-backed company.

Dan has more than 10 years of business, management and technology experience across an array of industries for various start-ups and consulting firms which includes working at Cisco Systems, Volkswagen, APL, and Kaiser Permanente.

Dan is a CFA Level III candidate, has a Masters of Science in Finance from Saint Mary’s College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Economics from Middlebury College in Vermont.

Travis Bell

Travis executes strategy and development for the full scope of SRS’ service offerings as well as financial and informational products with the goal of maximizing value delivered to SRS clients. He focuses on innovations that help streamline the M&A process through increased efficiencies and better access to information.

Travis holds a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School and a B.S. from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he graduated cum laude and as a Rath Foundation Scholar.
