Amanda Jackson
Director, Business Development – Northeast

Amanda is responsible for developing and building relationships for SRS with the private equity, venture capital, legal and M&A communities in the Northeast. In this role, Amanda focuses on working with prospective clients and outside counsel to streamline the process of engaging SRS during the final stages of a transaction.
Amanda brings more than ten years of business experience from the financial printing industry, where she assisted clients with initial public offerings, M&A transactions and compliance filings at R.R.Donnelley and Bowne as Vice President, Sales. Her prior experience includes working in corporate communications at Quantum Bridge Communications, a venture-backed provider of optical networking technology.
Amanda graduated from the University of Richmond, where she was a Phi Beta Kappa scholar. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Pingree School in South Hamilton, MA.
Christa Fancher

Christa is responsible for developing and building relationships for SRS with the venture capital, legal and M&A communities. She has a strong background in corporate, securities and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, public and private offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. Her experience includes working for Merrill DataSite as Regional Director, Hewett-Packard Company as Legal Specialist for Corporate, Securities and M&A, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati as a Senior Paralegal.
Christa graduated from Santa Clara University, School of Law, Institute for Paralegal Education and received her paralegal certificate specializing in corporate and intellectual property law. She has been a guest speaker at multiple Paralegal Leadership conferences on M&A matters and is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (“CASA”) in both San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties.
Anna Bruno

Anna manages marketing for SRS, including product and services marketing, marketing communications and lead generation. Anna has a strong background in entrepreneurial marketing and has focused her career on building brand recognition and generating demand for startups. Prior to joining SRS, Anna managed marketing and business development efforts for two venture-backed software startups. One of those was acquired by IBM and thereafter Anna joined IBM to manage the post-acquisition integration efforts. Anna started her career in public relations, where she helped build messaging and communications strategies for several other venture-backed companies.
Anna holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an MBA from Cornell University, where she focused on venture capital and private equity. While attending Cornell, Anna managed Big Red Ventures, a student-run venture capital fund.
Daniel Slutzky

Daniel is responsible for SRS’ business development in Israel. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel and Argentina) with broad finance and operations management experience. He is also the founder of Adsum Partners, which provides professional services and resources for entrepreneurs, high-tech companies and venture capital funds.
Prior to joining SRS, Daniel served for over ten years as Operating Partner and CFO of Benchmark Capital in Israel. During his tenure at Benchmark Capital,Daniel managed the investment operations of the Funds, was involved in numerous equity and debt investments and M&A transactions, and provided guidance and support to CEOs and finance managers of the Fund’s early stage portfolio companies.
Before Benchmark, Daniel served as Director of Finance of several 3Com divisions based in Israel, Boston and Santa Clara, and later on as Managing Director of 3Com Israel. Prior to 3Com, Daniel was CFO and Senior Vice President of ICTS Holland BV, an international aviation security consulting company headquartered in Paris, France with more than 25 subsidiaries in Europe, US and the Far East.
