Glen Colthup
Director, Operations

Glen manages SRS’ operational team which includes shareholder data management, escrow release management and customer support. He has a strong focus on operational improvement and excellence in customer service.
Prior to joining SRS, Glen was a supervisor for Janus Capital Group where he oversaw fund accounting. He also managed mutual funds operations for Charles Schwab for over seven years.
Before transitioning to professional services, Glen was a teacher in the Platte Canyon School District. He holds a B.A. from Hamilton College and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Colorado State University.
Eric Martin
Director, M&A Contract Compliance

Eric oversees contract compliance for SRS. The contract compliance function assures that SRS properly and timely fulfills its duties and obligations as shareholder representative for its clients.
Prior to joining SRS, Eric’s diverse professional experience includes serving as CFO for a nonprofit, acquiring and operating a distribution and contract packaging business, and working in Arnold & Porter’s Denver office in its business and finance practice. Eric’s law practice focused on private equity fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law matters for a variety of private equity firms and privately held companies.
Eric received a J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver and a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Todd Choy
Director, Finance and Accounting

Todd is responsible for the finance, accounting, planning and various administrative functions of SRS.
Prior to joining SRS, Todd was Vice President of Finance for Alere Home Monitoring, a patient home self-testing company. Before that, he was Chief Financial Officer for 10 years for Medem, a physician-patient communication network founded by the nation’s leading medical societies including the American Medical Association, and held numerous director-level positions in accounting, finance and operations over a 12-year period for Nestle USA.
Todd received an M.B.A. in Finance from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Business Administration with emphasis on accounting, finance and real estate from the University of California, at Berkeley.
