Donald Morrissey

Don focuses on business development and leads the life sciences practice for SRS. An accomplished business executive and attorney, Don brings over 15 years of expertise in the life sciences sector.

Prior to joining SRS, Don helped grow two venture-backed start-up companies through initial public offerings. He has been responsible for many strategic transactions involving licensing, partnering and M&A, as well as financings with leading venture capital and private equity firms. He was formerly SVP, Corporate Development and General Counsel for Replidyne, an antibiotic drug development company, and VP, Legal Affairs and Business Development for Caliper Life Sciences, a microfluidics company. He began his career as a business attorney with Cooley LLP.

Don holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of Colorado in molecular, cellular and developmental biology.

Sean Arend

Sean manages all aspects of product strategy and development for the full scope of SRS service offerings as well as its information and financial products. Sean has deep expertise in the venture capital and M&A industries, and has a strong background in entrepreneurial business management. He has served as General Counsel in a venture-backed technology company and Senior Counsel in an industry-leading public company, managing both legal and business affairs. Prior to that, Sean was an attorney at Cooley LLP in its Silicon Valley and Colorado offices, representing public and venture-backed companies in their regular business operations and in major transactions including M&A and financings. He also regularly represented venture capital investors in financing, restructuring and M&A transactions.


Sean received an MBA from the University of Colorado, a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law, and a B.S. from Purdue University.

Christopher Letang

Chris is responsible for overseeing the post-closing process for SRS clients. His duties include management of indemnification claims, purchase price adjustments, earnouts and disputes, and assisting in the timely release of any post-closing consideration to the shareholders.

Prior to joining SRS, Christopher was an attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City, and Cooley Godward Kronish in Broomfield, Colorado. In those positions, he represented clients in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including securities offerings, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Christopher holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and a B.A. in political science and economics from Rice University.

Glenn Kramer

Executive Director, Data, Analytics and Technology

Glenn is responsible for managing SRS’ data assets with the goal of delivering valuable intelligence and new products and services to SRS clients. He has 30 years of experience in technology development, intellectual property creation, and engineering management.

Prior to joining SRS, Glenn worked as a consultant with a global roster of top companies to develop innovative solutions in systems architecture, data visualization and interpretation, and business intelligence. He began his career as a research scientist at Schlumberger, Ltd., and then moved into web-based collaboration and e-commerce, providing strategy, design, and development services for some of the earliest online sites. He served as HP-VeriFone’s first Director of Software Systems Architecture, where he was responsible for Internet-based payments products, and as VP Engineering at Encirq Corporation, a privacy-enhanced targeted marketing company.

Glenn holds BS and MS degrees from MIT in electrical engineering and computer science, and a PhD in artificial intelligence from Sussex University. He holds 18 issued US patents, with others pending.
